Side effects of MASSAGE

If you have fever, find the hottest spot of your body and massage it.

Yesterday, my husband had fever.  He didnt have cold/flu but he was burning with fever for 2 days already.  I was thinking he might have dengue. But then, I just remembered maybe I need to massage him just like what I did to my son before.

And his hottest spot was his left shoulder connecting his upper arm.  As I touched it, my husband screamed with pain. So I said, you massage it to control the pain.  You can stop massaging after a few minutes, but you should massage it again until you can bring your palm up above your head with straight arm.  Focus on the painful part to be relieved from pain. And his fever was out after a few minutes and he came out of bed to watch Netflix 😁.

I know his pain will come back. Healing doesn't go over just a few strokes of massage. Neurobion 5000 and vitamin C will help him heal, as well as stretch exercise and finger strokes.

One day, my son was high with fever, he was suffering from nasal allergy at that time.  Well you know, once he sing with full energy he gets running nose and painful neck veins. He took Biogesic, anti histamine, vitamin C and b complex. But his temperature remained high.  So I asked what part of your body is in pain? He said my head. And so I massaged him starting from the shoulder and he screamed, even his neck and jaws were in pain. But his fever went out even before I reach his head.  As I was massaging his head he was laughing already. Saying I have magic hands. He was healed.

I knew about this because everytime I have headache, I would just start massaging from my shoulder, neck, back of my ears and head, then I will be healed.  I learned how to self-massage when for a few months I cannot stand long enough because my underfoot veins were painful, as well as my right hip, and back of my legs.  And even if I massage and drink good vitamin B complex, pain remained. The painful parts were deep and I cannot reach the source. Luckily, I was able to buy a massager stick.  I carefully massage my body with that stick. Remember hands are softer and wrong use of the stick might feel like a painful punch. And once I located the painful part, I think using my fingers is still the best because I have more control in connecting with the pain.

It is still best to massage ASAP the painful part so it won't affect the other parts of the body which hinders blood flow.  I like self-massage so that I can be my own judge, and as I do so, I was amazed to know that touching this shoulder vein has connection to my toes. Two parts healed with one touch. It was a discovery that I never thought I've known.  Painful muscle or veins can be relieved with massage.

Important: Stretch exercise is of equal importance as the finger massage. The former is like maintenance and the latter is the first aid.

And considering my age, with history of high blood pressure, whenever I have headache I take bp pills before I massage. They all work together to ease pain and worries. 😉

Lastly, I make sure to take Neurobion 5000 + Potencee 500 for 15 days 3x a year for my muscles and veins.
